We have known Jack Schmidt for several years and have always been impressed by his honesty and attention to detail. We were very happy when he started Benchmark Service since we knew that he would be a great source of advice and help for various projects around our home. He installed a new air conditioning unit last August (we have two) and our electric bills this summer have averaged $150 to $200 less than those of last year before he installed our new unit. In every case, Jack has done outstanding work, has arrived exactly when he said he would and cleaned up so well that one would not even know he had been there. He has also explained to us why power attic ventilators are a bad idea and why we should install roof turbines instead.
